absolument génial!

This app is what Apple should have bundled with the iPhone. The developer has clearly worked hard to present an efficient contacts database with useful features to compliment its strong points: organization/retrieval, and grouping with actions. Download this app without regrets!

I used to like Tacts, but with the version 1.4.0 update it has taken a big step in the wrong direction. The very useful "Contacts" button on the navigation bar across the bottom has been replaces with a keypad icon that requires an in-app purchase, and theres no way to get rid of it if I dont want it. The only way for me to access my list of contacts is to go to "Groups," where "All Contacts" appears across the top. I only use Smart Groups, but Tacts insists on displaying a "No Groups" group, which I also cannot get rid of. The bottom line is that this new version is not as easy to use and is cluttered with stuff I dont need and cant get rid of.

Great contact app that you can personalize to the way you want store and access contacts. I especially like the use on smart groups, which is an alternate way to access contacts based on rules.

Just what I needed....A relatively simple app to use to sort all my contacts into groups. I didnt want to pay for Bento / Groups 2 etc. because I dont imagine Id use them other than to sort ppl into groups. I just want to sort & be done with it & this app did it - & its free.

Great idea. Unfortunately, there is (probably unavoidable) loading time. That makes it far less likely that Ill use it.

This app is awesome. I would recommend this app to friends of mine.

The only thing I did not like about my iPhone was that I could not group my contacts. This app works very well and is easy to use and more than takes care of the issue! Thank you guys!

Love being able to sort contacts and have them color coded too. Very nice and appealing to the eye. Keep up the good work

... for my needs anyway! Would love to see the ability to insert a "pause" in the number with the new keypad function!

Was a good program until the last few updates now it is the worst app I have ever bought.

I tried this out yesterday. It was okay, but I decided it wasnt going to work out for me. When I deleted it, though, it had set all of my contacts ringtones back to default. (At least, I assume it was this, given that Ive never had that happen before.) Thats not good. Its taking me more time to put those back than I spent evaluating it.

The thing I like about this app is that once groups are made in the app, you dont need to open the app, just go into phone contacts and a new menu is now on top called groups. Only problem for me is that it doesnt do the same with smart groups. It did at first but now I cant bring it back...

The groups I created in this app are in my regular contact list too, under "Group", organized exactly as I set them up in Tacts! So I went into the groups from my regular contact list and used emoticons to customize that list too! I just choose which emoticons to use for each listing for instant recognition, such as  for pharmacy, for bank, etc. With Tacts ability to create groups and have them appear in regular contacts as groups means I now have completely customized groups in both places!! Get this free app and have fun peeps!!

The contacts app that came with my iPod was so boring. This app is so pretty and fun and helps you organize your contacts in a bunch of different ways. Easy to load your contacts too. Sometimes I just play with it cuz its so cool!!

I like how this App modifies the built on iPhone Contacts App. Adds a Group option button at the upper left corner. When texting, would be nice when selecting the group category that has been picked, to automatically add everyone in the text instead of doing it one by one. It does make it easier not having to go thru the entire contacts list and find those people.

This is the best app for group emails and texts. Easy to use and fast. Short learning curve. Eye pleasing interface. ******** NOTE to those who have to put in individual contacts to the group text: There is something wrong. My friends and I have NO trouble. The group text works as well as group email. Try contacting the developer.

Works as described, Ive been wanting the feature to group my contacts and with this app Im able to send groups emails quickly along with texts. plus the groups show up on the actual phone app which is also helpful

This is exactly what I was looking for - a way to add groups ON THE PHONE, a feature Apple seemingly forgot about. I dont want to go all the way home to my computer every time I need to make a contact group - isnt that the point of having a MOBILE device? I will be making some in-app purchases to support this developer! I would have paid for a way to make contact groups by itself, the rest of the app is just icing on the cake.

I wanted to be able to organize my contact groups on the iphone rather than on a laptop. This ap lets me do that, quickly and simply. Havent tried out the other features yet.
